Anodamine™ HPFG
A fully International Standards Compliant, thermally stable "green" high-pressure cycle chemistry for exceptional protection of both ferrous and admiralty metals throughout the steam water cycle. The formulation significantly, if not totally eliminates FAC (flow-assisted corrosion), successfully achieving protection in all operational controls, AVT(R) ; AVT (O) and OT. The HPFG program self-buffers cycle pH's and ensures excellent protection in both ferrous and admiralty sections even in the presence of ammonia and oxygen, achieved without the use of unstable neutralizing amines. Full compliance with OEM steam/condensate 0.2 µS/cm cation conductivity controls and steam quality to turbine. A non-toxic, environmentally compatible technology with an LD50 of ≈ 89,000 mg/kg. Anodamine™ LPFG
A thermally stable, non-hazardous environmentally compatible cycle chemistry for total protection of all metals in medium and low pressure steam generators. The formulation significantly, if not totally eliminates FAC (flow-assisted corrosion) and offers unequalled levels of metal protection in both ferrous and admiralty sections. The formulation contains neutralizing and alkalizing amines and self buffers pH in steam and condensate sections. LPFG has a LD50 of ≈ 40,000 mg/kg
Anodamine™ CT
A non-hazardous environmentally compatible cooling water treatment technology. The CT formulation contains excellent corrosion inhibition and employs the unique mechanism involving isolation of the anode. Unique metal protection combined with synergistic use of our non-hazardous, food grade compliant dispersant thus ensures total inhibition of calcium and magnesium salts. The CT formulation should ideally be used in conjunction with our Anodamine™ PO (granulated hyper-peroxide) thus maintaining our environmentally compatible "green" treatment coverage.
Anodamine™ CTB
The same treatment as outlined under CT above, but this formulation includes the use of our industry first and unique non-hazardous, environmentally compatible algaecide. The formulation contains our multi-component blue dye that is responsible for adsorption of light in the wavelength required by algae photosynthesis. When algae are "starved of light" growth is inhibited. The use of this program in conjunction with our Anodamine™ PO (granulated hyper-peroxide) maintains our environmentally compatible "green" treatment coverage.
Anodamine™ DISP
Our non-toxic, non-hazardous, food grade compliant, environmentally compatible dispersant polymer for inhibition of all divalent cations, including calcium, magnesium ad iron salts.
Anodamine™ Ethox
A product used for oil emulsification in cooling circuits exposed to hydrocarbon contamination. The mechanism for treatment of process leaks involves the slug wise addition of Anodamine™ ETHOX – a highly viscous mixture of polar molecules that are responsible for one end orientation toward and with chemical hydrophobic bonding to the hydrocarbon and the opposing molecular hydrophilic ends orientation with the water to form transportable emulsion micelles. ETHOX assures approx. 98 % emulsification performance allowing the prompt cleaning and removal of oil from metal surfaces and return of the same back to the cooling tower basin. Once in the basin the product has been formulated to breakdown when exposed to air (oxidation) promoting destruction of the micelle bonding and a reconstitution of the oil.
Oil collection/accumulation on the surface can be skimmed off or removed using a vacuum truck.
Anodamine™ Reverse Osmosis Installation
We custom build ultra-filtration, nano-filtration and reverse osmosis skid mounted pre-treatment installations as per customer water quality demands. These skid mounted installations are constructed of heavy gauge steel, shot blasted followed with 3 coats of durable epoxy primer and 3 coats of epoxy color paint as per customer specification. All piping, manifolds, valves and interconnecting pipework are constructed of fusion welded 316L stainless steel. Pre-membrane plant feed filtration is accomplished using full 316L stainless steel filtration systems to ensure reliability and long membrane life, automatic backwashing, initiated by pressure differential.
Anodamine™ Dosing Skid

The Anodamine™ electronic dosing skid is designed for continual chemical injection requirments. The custom fabricated dosing skids are rugged reliable dosing platforms custom fabricated to customer needs, constructed from 11 gauge squared tubular carbon steel.
All exposed surfaces are grit blasted and protected with 2 coats of corrosion resistant primer and finished in a semi gloss epoxy coating to ensure resilience to atmospheric conditions even the harshest industrial environments. Finish and color choice can be customized to customer specifications.
The units come complete with either a color coordinated fiberglass 2" x 2" support grating or a ¼" diamond plate steel epoxy coated platform used to hold a standard OSHA approved 31 HA1 IBC semi bulk 265 gal - 1 ton tote. The unit includes 2 chrome plated surface mount hooks with a nylon tie down to ensure tank security during low chemical stock and even in the harshest weather. The face panel is typically made from 1/8" 304 stainless steel and is fitted with the following electronic metering equipment and accessories:-
Our new "V" series electronic metering pumps bring new life to the world of dosing pump reliability. Discover its new design, the new digital input interface and the new pump head design. The units are available in 14 models to satisfy all your dosing needs. The range of metering pumps are all panel mounted with microprocessor technology, stroke frequency adjustment and level control, LCD display. Multifunction-Proportional pump with analog and digital signal inputs.
As a result of enquiries received from high pressure utilities interested in extending application of Anodamine treatment to now include steam water cycle short term layup protection, we developed and custom fabricate these simple, reliable, effective and low cost vacuum based dosing skid configurations. These skids utilize the natural vacuum created at the hotwel discharge, condensate pump suction. These portable vacuum injection skids merely hook on to the side of a standard 55 gal (210lt) polyethylene drum and come complete with a complete range of standard equipment Please click here to download the vacuum skid brochure
